Dr. Paquette received his bachelor’s degree from the University of New England, summa cum laude and Class Valedictorian. He went on to receive his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School. His clinical experience includes an internship in General Surgery at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and his residency in General Surgery where he was Chief Resident in General Surgery from 2009 – 2010. He did his fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the University of Minnesota and was a Surgical Outcomes Research Fellow at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice in Lebanon, NH.
Dr. Paquette completed some additional studies including the American College of Surgeons Outcomes Research Course at the American College of Surgeons in Chicago as well as the Intermediate Improvement Science Series at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Anderson Center for Health Systems Excellence.
Dr. Paquette has specialty certifications from the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery.
Dr. Paquette has numerous awards including but not limited to the American Institute of Chemists Award for the Most Outstanding Student in Biochemistry, the Frederick A. Coller Surgical Society Coller Tour Recipient and has been named multiple times in the Cincinnati Magazine’s list of “Top Docs, Colon and Rectal Surgery.”
