Insurance and Billing

You will receive an easy to understand, all-inclusive bill for the services provided at University Endoscopy Center. If you have anesthesia you will also receive a bill from AMSURG Cincinnati Anesthesia, LLC. Please call 1-855-213-1084 if you have any billing questions regarding anesthesia.

We will be happy to discuss with you the extent and limitations of your insurance to make sure you are fully aware of your coverage.

The University Endoscopy Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans. However, we are unable to accept Anthem Blue Priority, Anthem Senior Advantage and Health Alliance Amerigroup. Please check with a member of our staff if you have any questions.

Self-pay patients are welcome at our center as well. As with insured patients, we will be happy to discuss payment arrangements with you.

Billing

We offer the option to pay bills online. With our online bill pay option, you can securely make a payment for your service online with no hassles.

The Cost of Your Procedure

Because you are responsible for costs for covered healthcare services until you reach your deductible, you should comparison shop if you elect to have a nonemergency procedure.

You can use tools like Healthcare Bluebook and the Medicare Procedure Price Lookup (for Medicare patients).  Many health insurance websites also provide information on where to find in-network services.
