Specialty: Gastroenterology

Dr. Sherman is a Board Certified gastroenterologist and an accomplished expert in disorders of the liver. He is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Cincinnati and the Director of the Division of Digestive Diseases. He graduated from the George Washington University School of Medicine and undertook his gastroenterology and hepatology training at the Fitzsimons Army Medical Center and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver.

Dr. Sherman is an internationally acclaimed expert in liver diseases, viral hepatitis and liver biopsy. He is an active researcher in these areas with numerous publications. Dr. Sherman is an avid fly fisherman and would love to chat about the one that got away!
